Our footballs are currently available in Size 5, the standard for players aged 14+. Size 4 and Size 3 are coming soon.
Yes. All our balls are engineered for both natural grass and artificial surfaces. Our Training range (Titan, Vortex, Blaze) is particularly durable on 4G.
Our Training range (3 models) uses PVC or TPU covers with SR bladders — built for durability and daily use, FIFA Basic certified. Our Match range (3 models) uses hand-stitched Korean PU with Taiwan Butyl bladders — built for competitive match play, FIFA Quality certified. Our Elite Pro uses Korean Microfibre PU — the finest material available, FIFA Quality Pro certified.
Yes — every single ball in our range, from the Titan to the Elite Pro, is seam-sealed. This prevents water absorption and keeps the ball light and fast in wet conditions. Most brands only offer this on their premium models. We offer it on everything.
SR stands for Special High Rebound. It’s a bladder designed for lively, consistent bounce and excellent air retention. We use it in our Training range and Fusion, paired with a Taiwan Butyl valve that guarantees zero leakage.

Absolutely. Custom branding with your crest, colours, and sponsor logos. Available across all ranges. Minimum 200 balls, 6–10 week lead time.
All three share the same core: hand-stitched Korean PU, Taiwan Butyl bladder, seam-sealed, FIFA Quality certified. The difference is the PU texture. The Striker has a textured grip surface, the Eclipse has a smooth refined finish, and the Apex has enhanced surface detail for spin and control. Choose the feel that suits your style.
FIFA Quality Pro is FIFA’s highest testing standard, measuring weight, circumference, sphericity, pressure loss, water absorption, rebound, and shape retention at the most stringent tolerances. Our Elite Pro ball passes this standard.
Free UK delivery on all bulk orders (10+ balls). Standard shipping on single-ball orders.

The Phantom uses the same Korean PU cover as our Striker, Eclipse, and Apex, but with hybrid machine-stitched construction instead of hand-stitching, plus a TPE foam backing layer. It also uses a thread-wound SR bladder (like our Training range) instead of a Taiwan Butyl bladder. The result is a slightly different feel — smoother surface, more cushioned touch, and a livelier bounce. It’s a great option for clubs wanting Korean PU match quality with a modern construction approach.
A thread-wound bladder is wrapped with nylon or polyester thread before being inserted into the ball. This winding helps the ball hold its shape better, provides a more consistent bounce, and improves overall responsiveness. All our hybrid and machine-stitched balls (Vortex, Blaze, Fusion, Phantom) use thread-wound bladders.
FusionStitch™ is our proprietary multi-bonded panel construction used on all Sphere Sports
hand-stitched footballs. Each panel is both hand stitched by skilled artisans AND
adhesive-bonded together, creating a dual-layer seal. This delivers near-zero water absorption,
exceptional shape retention, and significantly longer lifespan compared to stitched-only or
bonded-only construction.
