Understanding Cover Materials
• PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride): The most durable and affordable option. Hard-wearing, excellent on abrasive surfaces like 4G pitches and concrete. Slightly firmer feel. Best for training and schools where durability matters most.
• TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane): A step up from PVC. More responsive and softer to the touch while maintaining strong durability. Available with foam backing layers (PVC foam or TPE foam) that add cushioned feel. Best for clubs wanting better touch from their training balls.
• PU (Polyurethane): The match-day standard. Soft, responsive, excellent grip. Used in our Fusion (Training/Match crossover) ball with TPE foam backing. Best for dual-purpose balls.
• Korean PU: The premium standard for competitive footballs. Exceptional softness, touch, and durability. Used in our Match range. Best for league and cup matches.
• Korean Microfibre PU: The finest cover material available. Ultra-fine texture for supreme touch, reduced spin decay, and outstanding weather resistance. Used in our Elite Pro. Best for the highest level of play.
Understanding Construction
• Machine-Stitched: Consistent and efficient. Good for training balls where durability matters more than premium feel.
• Hybrid (Machine-Stitched + Bonded): Combines the consistency of machine-stitching with thermally bonded seams for a smoother surface. Used in our Vortex, Blaze, and Fusion.
• Hand-Stitched: The gold standard. Artisan craftsmen create deeper, more resilient seams with a specific tension that machines cannot replicate. Better flight stability, superior touch. Used in our Titan (training), Match range, and Elite Pro.
Understanding Bladders
• SR (Special High Rebound) + Taiwan Butyl Valve: Found in our Training range and Fusion. Delivers lively bounce and excellent air retention. The Taiwan Butyl valve specifically eliminates leakage — a common frustration with cheaper balls.
• Taiwan Butyl: Found in our Match range and Elite Pro. Premium bladder for consistent air retention, reliable bounce, and professional-level performance.
